Rentgenový práškový difraktometr s výbavou pro HR snímání spekter (Goebblovo zrcadlo) a příslušnou databází difrakčních dat JCPDS. Pro sledování teplotně závislých dějů je ve výbavě vysokoteplotní a nízkoteplotní komora.
