Vacuum FTIR Vertex70v + microscope Hyperion 3000 (FTIR-CHEMLAB)
Popis:
Vertex V70 je vakuový Fourierův transformační infračervený spektrometr (FTIR) vybavený pro měření MIR a připojený k infračervenému mikroskopu Hyperion 3000. Slouží k chemické charakterizaci funkčních skupin ve vzorku zkoumáním jejich rotačních a vibračních stavů. Spektrometr může být použit samostatně v útlumové celkové odrazivosti (ATR), v přenosovém režimu nebo v tandemu s mikroskopem. Mikroskop je vybaven jednokanálovým ruťovo-kadmiovo-telluridovým detektorem (MCT), detektorem s ohniskovou rovinou (FPA) a kombinovanou optickou čočkou s ATR špičkou.
